The Journey So Far...

A journey of a thousand miles begins with a single step.

Hey! I’m Tyler Hoth and I am a 23-year-old father, husband, and professional problem solver.

I am currently based in my hometown of Davenport, IA with my wife Emily and son Eli where I work for a small growing company, Deck Supply Services. When I am not in the office, you can find me in the spending time with family, at the gym doing weird exercises, and getting deep into the details of the things I am passionate about.

To help bridge the gap between my interests in engineering and human nutrition/physology, I have created this website to help myself explore these interests more while sharing useful information I learn on the way. Whether your trying to optimize your business or body, this is place for you!

Professionally, I am on a journey of self-awareness and finding out what I love and don’t love to do. So far I have been fortunite to gain experience in Product Design, Lean Manufacturing, Process Improvement, Machining, and now programming. I am learning that I love technology, learning, and people.

Not only do I embrace my inner nerd when it comes to tech, I also love to get into the dirty details of human nutrition and physiology.
So far I have recieved my certification as a Kettlebell Specialiast through the Onnit Acaday and as a certified Exercise Nutrition Coach through Precuision Nutrition.
